Denver Watercolor
Workshop Tuesday afternoon 2-4:30 p.m. Sept:2,9,16,23,30 • Oct: 6,13,20 • Nov: 4,11,18 • Dec: 2,9, 16 This is an intensive watercolor workshop for learning the basics to intermediate skills of watercolor. September will be a complete introduction to all the tricky parts of watercolor that make it such a difficult medium. The student will have hands on experience on different papers, multiple colors and brands of paints, brushes and other materials made especially for watercolor. Students are encouraged to attend all classes as they build on skills from the week before. Homework and exercises will be given at class for the following week. October will be introducing practical basics that help the student master washes and plan a watercolor painting. November and December will be assignments done both in class and out of class designed to perfect skills that they have learned. Early registration is suggested. Class is limited to 10 students. $35.00 per class. Includes some supplies.
