Workshop fee: $700 To sign up for the workshop you contact Molly who will tell you if this workshop will be the right one for you. Then you give her a $350.- check deposit. As soon as the minimum number of participants (7) has been reached the checks will be cashed. The second deposit of $350.- needs to be paid no later than May 1, 2012 These deposits are non refundable after March 1, 2012. If on March 1, 2012 not enough people have signed up, all checks will be returned. At the same time as you sign up with Molly, you send a check of $350.- to me, Pauline Fourre for the organization of this trip. This is the total fee, and non refundable after March 1, 2012

![]() The village of Heiligenstein is famous for its wine the Klevener that only grows here. There are many wine growers and of course many opportunities to taste wines.There is only a bakery in the village and another restaurant.The tiny village is surrounded by vineyards, orchards, meadows, mountains, monasteries and castles. We will choose from many other villages and towns to visit that you can check out in the internet, like: Obernai, Mittelbergheim, Barr, Riquewihr, Colmar, Strasbourg, Boersch, Rosheim Lodgings: Relais du Klevener The hotel has a large terrace overlooking the valley and in the distance you can see the Black Forest mountains in Germany.
